Pet-Friendly Apartments for rent in Bismarck, ND
If you have four-legged family members, finding apartments for rent in Bismarck, ND that allow pets can be a challenge, but not at River Ridge Apartments! We have 1, 2, and 3-bedroom pet-friendly apartments for rent in Bismarck, ND. We welcome dogs and cats, up to 2 pets per home!Pet Policy:
- Pets may be dogs or cats. No weight restrictions apply. We do have breed restrictions. Please contact our leasing office for details. Property staff reserves the exclusive right to make the final determination as to the dog breed.
- Pets allowed without deposits: small birds, turtles, and fish aquariums that are five (5) gallons or less. Deposits are required on large birds, including but not limited to Parrots, Cockatiels, Sun Conures, or other birds often let out of cages.
- The following pets are not authorized: snakes, lizards, sugar gliders, flying squirrels, chinchillas, ferrets, reptiles, amphibians, rodents, or venomous animals of any kind.
- No pets under 12 months of age allowed on new carpet. Pets must be inoculated, and current records are required at the time of move-in and lease renewal.
- All deposits and fees must be paid on or before the date the pet moves into the apartment, and a separate addendum is to be completed and signed as part of the Lease Agreement.
Pet Fees
- There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet, with a limit of 2 per apartment. The pet fee is non-refundable and does not transfer from apartment to apartment or from pet to pet.
- There is a monthly pet fee of $50 per pet. No more than two (2) pets are allowed per apartment.
Breed Restrictions include Akita, American Bull Dog, Chow-Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Karelian Bear Dog, Mastiff, Malamute, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, or any mix of these breeds.
Please bring your pet to the office for an “interview.” We like to meet and get to know all our residents, especially our four-footed ones! For further details on our Pet Policy, please contact our office staff.
